FREQUENTLY ASQUED QUESTIONS FROM INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

FAQs

How is your service different from a standard agency or administrative firm?

We do not manage isolated procedures. We take responsibility for the coordinated management of the entire process, applying a personalised and cross-functional approach adapted to the circumstances of each student and family.

Our objective is not to handle individual formalities separately, but to anticipate potential errors, delays, unnecessary costs and risk situations that may arise due to lack of experience or insufficient local knowledge.

When is the best time to start the process with Spain Guidance?

The earlier, the better. Visa procedures, accommodation arrangements and academic admissions are subject to deadlines, availability limits and requirements that change frequently and often require several months of planning.

Starting with limited time may result in fewer available options. Nevertheless, we encourage you to share your case with us so we can assess it and determine the most appropriate course of action.

What type of visa is required to study in Spain?

Each case is different. The type of visa depends on factors such as the duration of the studies, the student’s age, nationality, academic institution and family situation.

We carry out a comprehensive assessment of each case and review all required documentation, not only to enable travel to Spain, but to ensure the student can live and study here with full legal certainty and peace of mind.

Do you provide support once the student is already in Spain?

Yes. Our involvement does not end upon arrival. We support both students who are planning their relocation and those who are already in Spain and require legal, administrative or coordination support during their stay.

By operating directly from Spain, we are able to intervene locally, coordinate with the relevant entities and make timely decisions with professional judgement, without relying on third parties or remote management.
